Important Dates

• Registration and Payment deadline is March 16th at 5 pm
  • Entry Fee is $380 for 3v3 teams and $580 for 5v5 teams
    • Includes referee fees
    • New Team Registration
    • Returning Team Registration
  • $100 late fee for any team that pays after this deadline
  • 2.5% Visa/Mastercard Fee added to the payment, $5 fee for using ECheck
• Schedule Request Forms are due by March 19th at 12pm
  • $75 Game Change Fee after final draft of the schedule is released
  • Teams are required to complete a Schedule Request Form for both leagues when asking for futsal and outdoor to be coordinated
  • Teams can indicate a venue preference, but assignments are not guaranteed

Game Dates

• April 4th through May 17th
  • No Games on Easter Sunday, April 12th
  • No Games on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10th
  • Saturday games are 7:30 am to 10 pm
  • Sunday games are 7:30 am to 10 pm
  • WA teams on Spring Break must use schedule request form to have those days off
• OYSA will work to accommodate playing both PTTL and futsal
• Maximum of three teams can be coordinated, whether outdoor teams or futsal teams
• Futsal teams need to be the same name as PTTL team name to help identify potential conflicts

• All teams formed by birth year
• Scores and Standings kept
• Bracketing: Premier, Division 1, Division 2
